I have been getting this magazine for years, last year Paid the new subscription, they sent me 1 magazine all year and now I get a bill for renewal. REALLY,

It does sound like you've enjoyed it as you state you've been getting it for years. We do work very hard to put out a quality product that our customers enjoying reading year after year. So it sounds like you are having a delivery problem. We wouldn't know that you only received one magazine, unless you notify us of a delivery problem.
